§ 113.009  RESTRICTION OF MINORS; RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   No person shall be permitted to loiter; in or about or play billiards or pool in any billiard or pool room at any time who is under the age of 17 years, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No person shall be permitted to loiter in or about or play billiards or pool in any billiard or pool room prior to 4:00 p.m., who is under the age of 18 years on any day in which school is in session, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  However, nothing herein shall prevent a minor who has attained the age of 17 years from playing billiards or pool in any billiard or pool room without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when school is not in session or during a summer school session.    (B)   No person shall hold himself out to be over the age of 17 years who is under the age of 17 years for the purpose of being permitted to so play billiards or pool. (Ord. 172, passed - - )
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any billiard or pool room proprietor, or the operator, manager or the employee of such establishment, to permit a minor to remain in any such establishment contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.  (Ord. 194, passed 8-6-62) 
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for the parent, legal guardian or other adult person having the care or control of a minor to knowingly permit such minor to violate any provision of this subchapter.  (Ord. 194, passed 8-6-62)
