No person, society, club, firm or corporation shall open or cause to be opened or operate or cause to be operated within the city limits any billiard or pool room or any place where billiard tables are kept between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. in any day; and all billiard tables, shall be covered and not used for playing on Sunday, except from 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m.
