§ 111.02 ALARM INSTALLATION BUSINESS, LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) No person shall operate, conduct or engage in the business of installing an alarm system without first obtaining a license thereof in the manner provided in this subchapter and paying a fee to be set by council resolution.

(B) The license required herein shall not be granted except upon certification by the Fire Chief and Police Chief.
