§ 101.99 PENALTY.

A person who violates any provision of this chapter or the terms or conditions of a permit shall be subject to an ordinance violation as may be specified in the city code. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the city in the event of a violation by a person of this chapter or a permit.
