(A) Every person or firm convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not less than $100 and not to exceed $500, or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both.
(B) Further, to the extent permitted by law, the court in any civil case arising hereunder may award damages to the aggrieved party and injunctive relief if the circumstances so require.
