§ 98.24  INTERFERENCE WITH WORK BEING DONE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the director or any of his employees, agents or servants while engaged in and about the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying or removing of any tree, plant or shrub in or upon any public highway or public place or upon any private grounds as authorized in this chapter.
