§ 91.44  INDIVIDUAL LICENSE FOR DOGS IN KENNEL NOT REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.
   Any person who shall have applied for and received a kennel license as provided for in this subchapter shall not be required to obtain individual licenses for the dogs kept in said kennel as specified in this chapter, provided that such person shall not be exempt from the other provisions of this chapter. No person holding such kennel license shall allow or permit any dog kept in his kennel to stray or be taken anywhere outside the limits of the kennel unless such person shall first pay the individual license fee for such dog or dogs as provided in this chapter.  It is further provided that the owner of the kennel license may take dogs from the kennel outside the limits of the kennel temporarily and on a leash for the purpose of hunting, breeding, trial or show. All kennel licensees shall receive five individual tags for identification purposes without additional cost.
