§ 91.42 LOCATION OF KENNELS RESTRICTED.
   No kennel shall be established within 50 feet of any dwelling, house, or in an area zoned R-1A, R- 1AA, R-1B, R-1C, R-2 or R-M, as defined in the Zoning Code.
