§ 91.41 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOGS TO BE DETERMINED; INSPECTION.

The Chief of Police or his duly authorized representative shall determine the maximum number of dogs the said kennel can properly house and the license will so specify said number. The inspection shall be made not more than 30 days before filing the application for license.
