§ 73.06  REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER FEE.
   The registration and transfer fee to be set by City Council resolution shall be paid to the designated department at the time of registration.  All fees collected under this chapter shall periodically be paid by the designated department to the City Treasurer, to be credited to the General Fund of the city.
