For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKING AREA. An area used by the public as a means of access to and egress from, and for the parking of motor vehicles by patrons of, a shopping center.
PHYSICALLY LIMITED. A temporary or permanent impairment or condition which causes a person to use a wheelchair; causes a person to walk with difficulty or insecurity; affects sight or hearing to the extent that a person is insecure or exposed to danger; or causes faulty coordination or reduces mobility, flexibility, coordination or perceptiveness, and means persons who are limited in ambulation.
SHOPPING CENTER. A minimum area of two acres of land on which there is located one or more stores or business establishments, and where there is provided a parking area.
