(A) This subchapter shall not apply to a person operating a vehicle to transport seasonal agricultural commodities at the time of harvest or in the normal operations of the farm.

(B) Section 71.18(C) shall not apply to a motor vehicle transporting items of a load which, because of their weight, will not fall off the moving vehicle and which have their centers of gravity located at least six inches below the top of the enclosure.
