The Motor Carrier Safety Act and Rules and Laws Concerning Driver Qualifications, Operation and Maintenance of Commercial Motor Vehicles on the Streets and Highways, Act 181 of Public Acts of 1963, as amended by Public Act 1984 No. 12, as amended by Public Act 1988 Nos. 353 and 360, as amended by Public Act 1990 No. 339, being MCL 480.11 to 480.21, is hereby adopted by reference.
