§ 55.065  DEMONSTRATION OF LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE.
   The applicant for a stormwater construction approval shall demonstrate to the city in the application or during the application review process, as determined appropriate by the city, that the stormwater management system shall be maintained in perpetuity. This demonstration shall be made in the manner specified in rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
