(A) In the event the water pressure of the city water system is reduced to such a degree as to create a dangerous shortage and health hazard, the City Council may by resolution restrict the use of water for various purposes and for various periods of time. Such resolution shall become effective when published in the same manner as an ordinance is, and said resolution shall remain in effect until rescinded by Council resolution.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates the terms and conditions of such a resolution shall be deemed in violation of this chapter.
