The Water Department reserves the right to disconnect from the main any unused and nonrevenue producing service connection if the cost of maintenance of such service connection becomes excessive or for such other reasons as are deemed sufficient by the Department. In case water service is desired at the same location at some later date, application for water service and for a service connection will be required. The charge for the installation for the new service connection will be at the regular rate.
