§ 50.02  ADMINISTRATION; ENFORCEMENT; RESPONSIBILITY.
   The Public Service Director shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter.  The Director may call upon the Chief of Police and/or the Health Enforcing Officer for assistance in its enforcement.
