The municipal administrative fees and/or user fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council which shall be enacted contemporaneously with the passage of this chapter. The City Council may from time to time amend such resolution provided for in this chapter. The recommended user fees table, attached to Ordinance No. 807, passed December 19, 2005, is hereby adopted by reference. The fees will be available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office.
