A responsible party who receives fire/rescue response charges for services provided or financed by the Fire Department shall be liable for the full actual cost to the Fire Department of providing such services, including labor, equipment, and material, as detailed in the bill. The fee schedule for fire related services related to this subchapter shall be established by resolution of the City Council, which resolution shall be enacted contemporaneously with the passage of this subchapter. The City Council may from time to time amend such resolution provided for in this subchapter. Current fees are available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office.
