(A) Collection bins are allowed in the city in the “RM” Multiple Dwelling District (Low Rise), “RM-1" Multiple Family Residential District (Low Rise), “O-1" Office District, “B-1" Local Business District, “B-2" Thoroughfare Mixed-Use District, “B-3" General Business District, “M-1" Light Industrial District, “TCD” Town Center District.
(B) Collection bins shall not be located within 500 feet from another collection bin as measured along a straight line from one box to the other final approval by Mayor/City Council.
