§ 35.16  REGULARLY SCHEDULED ELECTIONS; TIME OF HOLDING.
   All regularly scheduled city odd-year primary elections shall be held on the Tuesday following the second Monday in September pursuant to Public Acts of 1974, Act 378 (Section 644b of Act 116 of the Public Acts of 1954, being Section 168.644b of the Compiled Laws of 1970, as amended by Public Acts of 1974, 378).
