§ 35.01  ESTABLISHMENT OF ELECTION PRECINCTS; BOUNDARIES.
   The City Council does hereby divide the six districts of the city into a total of 12 election precincts for the convenience of conducting elections in the city, which said election precincts of which the city shall be constituted, with the numbers and boundaries thereof, are as follows:
   (A)   First District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the north by the center line of Michigan Avenue, on the east by the center line of Middlebelt Road, on the south by the center line of Annapolis Avenue, and on the west by the center line of Henry Ruff Road;
   (B)   First District - Precinct No. 2: Bounded on the north by the center line of Michigan Avenue, on the east by the center line of Harrison Road, on the south by the center line of Annapolis Avenue and on the west by the center line of Middlebelt Road;
   (C)   Second District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the west by Henry Ruff Road, on the north by Cherry Hill Road, on the east by center line of Middlebelt Road and on the south by the center line of Michigan Avenue;
   (D)   Second District - Precinct No. 2:  Bounded on the north by the center line of Cherry Hill Road, on the south by the center line of Michigan Avenue, on the east by the center line of Harrison Road and on the west by the center line of Middlebelt Road;
   (E)   Third District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the north by the center line of the Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way, on the east by the center line of Inkster Road, on the south by the center line of Annapolis Avenue and on the west by the center line of Harrison Road;
   (F)   Third District - Precinct No. 2:  Bounded on the north by the center line of the Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way, on the east by the center line of John Daly Road, on the south by the center line of Annapolis Avenue and on the west by the center line of Inkster Road;
   (G)   Fourth District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the north by the center line of Cherry Hill Road, on the east by the center line of John Daly Road, on the south by the center line of Avondale Road and on the west by the center line of Harrison Avenue;
   (H)   Fourth District - Precinct No. 2: Bounded on the north by the center line of Avondale Road, on the east by the center line of John Daly Road, on the south by the center line of the Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way and on the west by the center line of Harrison Avenue;
   (I)   Fifth District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the north by the center line of the Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way, on the east by the center line of Gulley Road, on the south by the center line of Carlysle Avenue and on the west by the center line of John Daly Road;
   (J)   Fifth District - Precinct No. 2: Bounded-on the north by the center line of Carlysle Avenue, on the east by the center line of Gulley Road, on the south by the center line of Annapolis Avenue and on the west by the center line of John Daly Road;
   (K)   Sixth District - Precinct No. 1:  Bounded on the north by the center line of Cherry Hill Road, on the east by the center line of Gulley Road, on the south by the center line of Avondale Road and on the west by the center line of John Daly Road;
   (L)   Sixth District - Precinct No. 2:  Bounded on the north by the center line of Avondale Road, on the east by the center line of Gulley Road, on the south by the center line of the Michigan Central Railroad right-of-way and on the west by the center line of John Daly Road.
