§ 34.34  FALSE STATEMENTS.
   No person shall, with intent to deceive, make any false or untrue statements or reports.  In lieu of criminal action based on any false or untrue statements or reports, the Treasurer may recommend disciplinary or other action to the controlling department, board or commission.
