§ 34.27 INELIGIBLE TERMINATIONS AND SEPARATIONS.
   An employee shall not be eligible for benefits under the unemployment compensation system established by this subchapter, if the unemployment shall result from:
   (A)   Retirement under any Charter chapter retirement system or any future retirement system covering city employees.
   (B)   Discharge or suspension for misconduct connected with one’s work.
   (C)   For intoxication while at work.
   (D)   For absence due to imprisonment.
   (E)   For an act of assault.
   (F)   Theft or sabotage connected with his work.
   (G)   Resignations, including resignations in lieu of discharge.
   (H)   Leaves of absence for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary.
   (I)   Temporary separations made at the request of the employee.
   (J)   Participation or indirect interest in a labor dispute including any strike, unauthorized work stoppages, or other concerted action.
