§ 34.23 AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT.

Payment of unemployment benefits shall be based on a certification from the treasurer or his designee. Such certification shall contain all information necessary for payment. A record of the benefits received by each individual shall be maintained by the City Treasurer.
