§ 34.20  ESTABLISHMENT; ADMINISTRATION.
   There is hereby established an Unemployment Compensation System and Benefit Plan for employees of the city to be administered by the City Treasurer and an Unemployment Compensation Appeal Board. This plan is established pursuant to Act 170 of the Public Acts of 1958 as amended.
