§ 33.17  OBSTRUCTING RESISTING OFFICER PROHIBITED.
   Any person who shall refuse to stop and comply with the order of a police officer given pursuant to the authority of this subchapter, or who shall obstruct, resist, oppose, assault, or threaten such officer with bodily harm, or aid, abet or encourage others to do so, or shall flee from such officer, or attempt to escape his custody, shall be guilty of a violation of this subchapter.
