§ 32.179  BOOKS; RECORDS; ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Economic Development Corporation shall at all times be deemed to be an agency or political subdivision of the city. The books and records of the Corporation and of the Board of Director’s, officers and agents thereof shall be open to inspection and audit by the city at all reasonable times. The Corporation shall submit an annual report of its activities to the City Council.
