§ 118.08 APPEAL, REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any person whose license to operate a rooming house has been suspended, or who has received notice from the Department of Building that his license is to be suspended unless existing conditions or practices at his rooming house are corrected, may appeal the matter to the Board of Zoning and Housing Appeals under the procedure provided in the city ordinances. If no petition for such appeal is filed within ten days following the day on which such license was suspended, such license and Certificate of Compliance shall be deemed to have been automatically revoked.
