§ 118.03  APPLICABILITY TO HOTELS.
   Every provision of this chapter which applies to rooming houses shall also apply to hotels and motels, except to the extent that any such provision may be found in conflict with the laws of the state or with the lawful regulations of any state board or agency. No roomers, boarders, occupant or guests shall be allowed to occupy any hotels or motels, in excess of 30 days in any quarterly period. The Mayor, or his designee, may extend the occupancy of a hotel or motel guest or occupant for up to 30 additional days upon a showing of hardship by the guest or occupant.
