§ 157.12  DUTY OF OWNER TO KEEP PROPERTY SECURE AND FREE OF BLIGHT.
   Property owners shall maintain their properties free of conditions of blight as defined in this Code and shall provide security measures thereon sufficient to prevent its deterioration from vandalism, infestation, exposure to the outside elements (rain, snow, ice), overgrowth of vegetation, grass and noxious weeds), and all other forms of blight as defined elsewhere in this Code.
