§ 150.238  CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE APPLICATION FORM AND FEE.
   (A)   An application for certificate of compliance shall be made in such form and in accordance with such instructions as may be provided by the Building Director and shall include at least the following information:
      (1)   Name, address, telephone number and date of birth of the owner(s);
      (2)    Name, address and telephone number of responsible resident agent; and
      (3)   Address and number of units applied for under the certificate of compliance.
   (B)   The inspection fee for a certificate of compliance shall be established by resolution of the City Council. These fees may be changed from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
   (C)   All owner occupied rentals shall follow the same inspection fee. The owner’s own unit shall not be inspected unless there is an indication that there is a safety or health problem located in the unit. The owner’s unit will not be inspected without permission of the owner. All command areas should be inspected, including furnace, water heaters, etc. If an inspection of the owner’s unit is necessary, no fee will be charged for owner’s unit.
   (D)   If the date of the certificate of compliance falls within 90 days of the owner having received a certificate of occupancy, then the fee may be waived.
