The purpose of this subchapter is to maintain quality structures for the public health, safety, and welfare. This subchapter will set safeguard controls for the rental of one- and two-family dwellings, multiple dwellings, apartment units, boarding houses, rooming houses, group homes, hotels, motels and flats.
