Within ten days after a fully and accurately completed application is filed under this subchapter, the site of origin and the building or structure to be moved shall be inspected by representatives of the Department of Public Services. A report of the inspection shall be filed with the Director of Public Services or the Director’s designee within five days after the inspection.
