Cleanup and repairs of any damage or debris caused within the city by the move of a building or structure at the site of origin, at the site of destination or along the route of travel shall be completed by the permittee to the satisfaction of the city in a timely fashion as follows:
(A) With respect to a route of travel, cleanup shall be completed immediately.
(B) With respect to the site of origin, cleanup shall be completed within seven days of the initiation of the move.
(C) With respect to the site of destination, cleanup shall be completed within seven days of completion of the move and shall include removal of all equipment and materials used in moving the building or structure.
