§ 150.211  NOTICE OF MOVE; CANCELLATION.
   Notice of the move of a building or structure shall be given to the city prior to initiation of the move as follows:
   (A)   Written notice of the date and time of the initiation of the move shall have been received by the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee no later than 72 hours prior to initiation of the move and shall be accompanied by:
      (1)   Written approval or permit from all utility companies;
      (2)   Permits as required by all other interested governmental agencies (e.g., county road commission; state department of transportation); and
      (3)   An approved building permit that the foundation has been constructed and is suitable to receive the structure.
   (B)   Verbal commitment of the date and time as set forth in division (A) above shall have been received by the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee no later than 48 hours prior to such date and time.
   (C)   Notice of the cancellation of any move for which written notice of the date and time has been given pursuant to division (A) above shall have been received by the Director of Public Services or the Director’s designee no later than 24 hours prior to such date and time.
