§ 150.210  DEFINITIONS.
   The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this subchapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the section, except when the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
   BUILDING or STRUCTURE. Includes, but is not limited to, site-build units but shall not include preassembled units having a manufacturing facility as a site of origin.
   CLEANUP.
      (1)   With respect to the site of origin, the removal of all structures on the site in accordance with the approved site of origin, the removal of all structures on the site in accordance with the approved site of origin plan, including the breaking up of the foundation or basement foundations three feet below grade including backfilling to existing grade and the removal of all materials used in the move, all equipment used and any debris and/or garbage on the site.
       (2)   With respect to the site of destination, the removal of all equipment and materials related to the actual moving of the house and shall not include material and/or equipment related to the construction of the dwelling for which a building permit has been issued.
   COMPLETION OF THE MOVE.
      (1)   With respect to a move to a site within the city, the permanent placement of the building structure on its foundation and the detachment from the building or structure of all equipment and materials used in the move.
      (2)   With respect to a move from or through the city, the final departure of the building or structure and all equipment attached thereto from within the city limits.
   INITIATION OF THE MOVE. With respect to all buildings or structures to be moved to, from or through the city, the entry of the building or structure, or equipment attached thereto, into a public right-of-way within the city limits.
   SITE OF DESTINATION. The zoning lot, as defined in the city zoning ordinance, to which the building or structure is to be moved.
   SITE OF ORIGIN. The zoning lot, as defined in the city zoning ordinance, from which the building or structure is to be moved.
