§ 150.180  FENCES REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.
   All swimming pools shall be enclosed by a fence which shall be at least four feet in height and which fence shall have a gate of a self-closing and latching type with a latch on the inside for the purpose of locking. However, if the entire premises of the residence is enclosed with a gate of the self-closing and latching type which latches on the inside, then this requirement shall be waived. All swimming pools constructed prior to the passage of this subchapter shall be brought into conformance with the fencing, health and safety requirements of this subchapter.
