§ 150.178  WATER PRESSURE; FLOOR AND WALL REQUIREMENTS.
   Swimming pools shall be designed and constructed to withstand the water pressure from within when full and to resist the pressure of the earth when the pool is empty if built below grade. The floor of the pool shall have a nonslip surface and the floor and walls shall have an impervious finish.
