§ 150.175  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. Includes a corporation as well as an individual.
   SWIMMING POOL. Any artificially constructed nonportable pool, capable of being used for swimming or bathing, having a depth of at least two feet or more.
