§ 150.163  SPECIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   The following requirements shall be observed:
   (A)   Fences located in residential districts:
      (1)   Shall not exceed 30 inches in height in the required front yard or set-back;
      (2)   Shall not exceed six feet in height from the front of the house or the set-back to the rear line; and
      (3)   Shall not be of complete closed construction.
   (B)   Fences located in other than residential districts or on the boundary line between such districts shall not exceed eight feet in height.
   (C)   Fences located within 25 feet of an intersection shall not be more than 30 inches in height.
   (D)   No fences shall have attached, affixed or placed any spike, nail, barb. including barbed wire, or other pointed instrument, and all cleaved salvages and sharp points on wire fences shall be removed or bent to eliminate any sharp extrusions. In the case where the security of industrial and commercial property is concerned, an eight foot fence with barbed wire may be erected, provided that said fence, barbed wire or any portion thereof shall not encroach upon any public right-of-way or upon any public or private property.
   (E)   No fence shall be constructed or maintained which is charged or connected with an electrical current.
