The Refrigerating Systems Code, published by the Reciprocal Refrigeration Council on March 18, 1959, is hereby enacted and adopted by reference. Copies of such code are on file in the office of the City Clerk and are available for inspection by and distribution to the public. The said code is hereby adopted with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein, and all persons installing and repairing refrigerating systems shall conform to all such code provisions and regulations.
