(A) The Cable Television Commission shall meet on a regular basis or whenever necessary to conduct its business. Minutes of the meetings shall be taken and filed with the City Clerk.

(B) Meetings of the Cable Television Commission, and meetings of any committees created thereby, shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, P.A. 267 of 1976, as may be amended.
