(A) The members of the Cable Television Commission shall be appointed for a term of three years.
(B) A Commission member whose term of office has expired shall continue to hold office until a successor has been appointed, as herein provided.
(C) Should a vacancy occur on the Commission, a replacement shall be named by the appropriate City Council to fill the remainder of the unexpired term.
(D) No person shall be appointed for more than two full three-year consecutive terms.
