(A) Membership.
(1) The Cable Television Commission shall consist of nine members who shall be residents of the city or employed within the jurisdictional limits of the city: one member shall be appointed by the Mayor, and two members shall be appointed at large by Mayor and City Council.
(2) The Commission may also consist of ex-officio members who may be appointed from time to time by the Mayor and Council. The cable television franchise shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Commission. Ex-officio members of the Commission shall not be entitled to vote or hold any commission office.

(B) Removal of a member. A member may be removed at any time with or without cause by a majority vote of the City Council having appointed such member.
