§ 32.061  MEETINGS; MINUTES; QUORUM.
   The Library and Historical Commission shall hold regular meetings at least once each month and shall designate the date and time. Minutes shall be taken for each meeting in the English language and a copy of said minutes shall be filed with the City Clerk.  Also, copies of said minutes shall be furnished to all persons designated by the City Council. Special meetings shall be called by the secretary on the written request of the Chairperson or of any two members of the Commission on at least 24 hours written notice to each member, designating the time and purpose of the meeting. Notices shall be served personally, mailed, or left at his usual place of residence by the Secretary or someone designated by him. Four members shall constitute a quorum for any regular or special meeting.  All meetings are to be open to the public and held in the commission room of the administration building, unless otherwise designated by the Council.
