§ 157.02 SCOPE.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all existing and future vacant, abandoned or foreclosed residential, commercial and industrial structures and all vacant, abandoned or foreclosed land in the City of Inkster. Rental properties properly registered and certified in accordance with Chapter 150 (Building Regulations) are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
