§ 32.047 MEETINGS; QUORUM; COMPENSATION.
   The Parks and Recreation Commission shall hold meetings at least once each month, and shall designate a time and place thereof. Five members shall constitute a quorum. Members shall serve at no compensation. No member shall miss more than four meetings within a fiscal year.
