§ 32.046  ELECTION OF OFFICERS; ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The members of the Parks and Recreation Commission shall elect their own Chairperson and Secretary. It shall adopt its own rules and regulations for the conduct of all business within its jurisdiction.
