§ 32.034  BONDS OR NOTES.
   The Housing Commission is authorized to act as a borrower for the purposes of issuing bonds or notes in accordance with the provisions of Act 18 of the Public Acts of 1933, Extra Session, as amended, provided that prior to the issuance of any bonds or notes by the Housing Commission the City Council shall approve by resolution the issuance of the bonds or notes.
